1. A publication inspired by Blackpool's Comedy carpet could be created. This could explore the limitations in which the publication could be read. For instance relating to the people of Blackpool always looking up at the attractions/ illuminations (when exploring Blackpool) the publication could be designed to challenge this idea by having to be read from the floor only. The publication could be filled with peoples thoughts and feelings towards Blackpool sharing their true experience with others. This publication could be founded in travel agents or at Blackpool's Tourist Information Centre.
2. A publication taking people on the journey of Blackpool from the 1920s to now exploring how times and experiences have changed. This design could have moveable images and be interactive so people can compare the past with the present day Blackpool. Paper stocks and the way the images are printed could highly emphasise the changes over the years relating to printing and design techniques changing over time. This would explore time periods further and would exaggerate them. This publication could be founded in Blackpool's art gallery or local Blackpool libraries.
3. Explore transportation around Blackpool exploring the different ways of travel around Blackpool over the years. Explore how trams and buses have changed and also show how horse and cart rides still remain tradition even to this day. This publication could emphasise movement in the way the publication would be read. This publication could be founded at Blackpool Transports heritage tram and bus station with it's audience being visitors to the station.
4. Create a publication on why people hate Blackpool with the target audience being tourists. The publication could be sold to tourists as a joke/ mimic about their time in Blackpool. The publication could begin high end reflecting what peoples initial thoughts on Blackpool were and then could convert to what their thoughts have changed to once they have visited. To emphasise this the publication could become of a lower quality as it gets closer to the end of the publication. The pages could also replicate what the publication is showing and its humour via textures and smells relating to Blackpool and the tourists experiences. The following publication could be founded at a local souvenir shop on Blackpool prom where tourists are most likely to visit.
5. Create a publication celebrating the experience of a typical tourists of Blackpool and make the publication a souvenir for families to keep once they have visited Blackpool. This concept would almost convert the publication into an object or a toy that the consumer could keep to remember their time in Blackpool. This publication could also be interactive and could provide the consumer with tourists like features such as postcards, stamps and tourist like photographs. This publication again could be sold at souvenir shops on Blackpool prom.
